Modified Bitumen (Mod-bit) Roofing System
Similar to Built Up Roofing Systems, the Modified Bitumen Roofing System is a multi-ply layered membrane commercial roof system. Suitable for all types of flat and low slope commercial roofs, the Mod-bit system is highly durable and offers significant thermal insulation. Modified Bitumen roofs can be installed using either torch (“hot mop”) or self-adhering adhesive applications.
